IT Lifecycle Under One Roof | GreensafeIT
Joiners · Breakfix · Refresh · Leavers

One roof for the whole
device life.

Somebody joins. Something breaks. Everything refreshes. Someone leaves. Four moments that decide whether your IT feels effortless or exhausting — and we run all four, with one contract, one portal and one audit trail behind them.

Every stage delivered by GreensafeIT — no subcontracted gaps, no finger-pointing.

The Loop

Not a line. A loop.

Most providers hand you a service per stage and leave you to stitch them together. We run the whole circuit — and the value we recover at the end pays into the next device that goes out.

01

Joiners

Built, enrolled and delivered to a desk or a doorstep before their start date.

Day one ready
02

Breakfix

Diagnosed to component level, in warranty or out, with the user kept working.

Keep working
03

Refresh

New device out, old device back — same visit, same tote, slot booked by the user.

No disruption
04

Leavers

Collected, wiped to certificate, access reclaimed — then redeployed or resold.

Certified exit
Recovered value funds the next device out
01 · Joiners

Day one, already sorted.

A start date is a deadline. We take the whole build-and-deliver chain off your team: the device is imaged and configured to the role spec, asset-tagged and recorded, accounts and licences provisioned, then delivered — to a desk or a doorstep — with a branded welcome box and a guide that means nobody raises a ticket on their first morning.

  • Imaged, configured and asset-tagged to your role spec
  • Accounts, licences and access provisioned in step
  • Branded welcome box, peripherals and setup guide
  • Delivery slot booked by the user, to home or site

02 · Breakfix

Broken today. Working tomorrow.

Faults don't wait for a project plan. Our own engineers diagnose to component level and repair, swap or replace — in warranty or out, whoever made the device. A loan or swap unit goes out so the person keeps working while theirs is fixed, and every repair carries our warranty.

  • OEM warranty claims raised and chased end to end
  • Component-level diagnostics and board-level repair
  • Return-to-base or an engineer on site
  • Loan or swap device so the user isn't stood down

03 · Refresh

Refresh without the disruption.

A rolling refresh and a several-thousand-seat programme run on the same machinery. The user picks a slot; the new device arrives built, configured and ready; the old one goes straight back in the same tote. Data and profile migrated, asset records reconciled at serial level — and nobody queues at an IT desk.

  • Self-serve slot booking with branded user comms
  • Built, imaged and configured before it ships
  • Like-for-like swap at the door — old device back in the same tote
  • Data and profile migration, CMDB reconciled at serial level

04 · Leavers

A clean exit — and a provable one.

The riskiest device in your estate is the one nobody collected. We chase it, recover it and account for it: tracked collection from home or site, certified data erasure with a certificate against the serial, access and licences reclaimed. Then the asset is redeployed, resold or responsibly recycled — with the value and the impact reported back to you.

  • Tracked collection from a home address or a site
  • Certified data erasure, certificate per asset
  • Access revoked and licences reclaimed
  • Redeploy, resale or WEEE-compliant recycling — value returned

One Device

Four years, one asset record.

The four stages aren't four projects — they're four things that happen to the same laptop. Here's a typical life: resale value falls from the day it's unboxed, but how long the asset stays useful is something we can change.

Day 0 · JoinerBuilt, enrolled, asset-tagged and delivered before the start date.
Month 9 · BreakfixScreen replaced under warranty. Swap unit out, so no day lost.
Year 1.9 · BreakfixBattery and keyboard, out of warranty. Return to base, repair warrantied.
Year 4 · RefreshThe user gets a new machine. This one doesn't retire — it gets reconditioned.
Year 6 · LeaverCollected, wiped to certificate, licences reclaimed, value returned.
Second life · +24 months Reconditioned, vinyl re-skinned and held on Swift Assist cover — redeployed instead of replaced.
Day 0Yr 1Yr 2Yr 3Yr 4Yr 5Yr 6
Residual value New → end of life
Still earning after the value's gone Years 4–6 is where resale value is lowest and the asset is cheapest to keep. Every month here is a month you didn't buy a replacement.

A typical pattern, not a promise: the shape of a life varies by device, role and how hard it's used, and the residual-value curve is illustrative. Swift Assist maintenance cover runs 12–72 months. A leaver can land on any day of this timeline — the process doesn't change. What doesn't vary is the record: every one of these events is logged against the same serial.

Welcome Boxes

Day one arrives in your box, not ours.

Every joiner's kit ships in a bespoke box built in your brand — printed inside and out, packed to your spec, with a setup guide on the lid. It's the first thing a new starter touches, so it shouldn't look like a parts order.

Under One Roof

Four stages. One provider behind them.

These aren't four suppliers wearing one badge. Each stage is delivered by our own teams, from our own facilities, on the same platform — so the asset record, the audit trail and the accountability never change hands.

One contract

One agreement and one commercial relationship across all four stages — no gaps between suppliers to argue over when something slips.

One portal

Raise it, book it, track it and report on it in one place — orders, jobs, collections and the live asset position, by serial.

One audit trail

Every movement, repair, wipe and disposal recorded against the asset — the evidence pack is a report, not a fortnight of chasing.

Our people, our facilities, our accountability. Two secure UK sites in Worcestershire and a dedicated EU hub in Utrecht — with security-cleared space, engineering benches and the configuration centre all under the same management.
Every Business

Ten devices or ten thousand.

The same four stages, scaled to what you actually have. There's no minimum volume and no obligation to take all four — start where it hurts most and add the rest when it makes sense.

Growing business

No in-house IT team

You need a starter kitted out this week and a leaver's laptop back with the data gone — without hiring for it.

  • One device at a time, no minimum
  • We deal with the user directly
  • Certificates and asset list kept for you
  • Fixed, per-event pricing
Mid-market & multi-site

A small team, spread thin

Churn is constant, sites are scattered and refresh keeps slipping because there's never a clear week to run it.

  • Rolling refresh alongside day-to-day JML
  • Home and multi-site coverage as standard
  • Self-serve booking removes the coordination
  • One monthly report across all four stages
Enterprise & public sector

Programme scale, real scrutiny

Thousands of users, an audit that has to stand up, and security requirements that rule most providers out.

  • Programme delivery with named governance
  • Security-cleared facilities and staff
  • Serial-level CMDB reconciliation
  • UK and European fulfilment

Proven at the volumes that break other providers
