That's rather the point.
We're not a manufacturer, a dealer or a reseller with a quota to hit, so we have no opinion about whose badge is on the front. Whatever you've bought, whoever you bought it from, and whatever is already bolted to the floor in the room it's replacing — we do the physical work of getting the new one in, getting it working, and getting the old one out.

Almost no estate is a single brand. We'll take a fifteen-year-old copier from one manufacturer out of the corner and put a brand-new device from a different one in its place, on the same visit.

Your OEM, dealer or lease company supplies the hardware and holds the contract. We provide the hands: the pre-deployment setup, the install and the removal of what came before it.

What actually happens in the room.
The bit your facilities manager cares about: who turns up, what gets unplugged, and whether the floor has working printers again before five o'clock.

Arrive & survey
Engineers report to your site contact with the paperwork, check the route in, and confirm the position before anything is moved.
BEAT 02
Old device stood down
Nothing is unplugged on a hunch. The outgoing machine is only disconnected once your team has confirmed it's out of service.
BEAT 03
New device positioned
Unpacked, moved into place, levelled and powered. The packaging leaves with us rather than living behind the door.
BEAT 04
Test & sign-off
The device itself put through print, copy, scan and finishing, a walk-through for the people on that floor, and a signed job sheet against the serial.
BEAT 05
Old device away
The replaced machine is crated and leaves with the engineer, tracked from your floor to our facility for erasure and recovery.
Out-of-hours, weekend and overnight working where a floor can't lose its printers during the day — and where a site needs a phased approach, the old device stays live until the new one has printed successfully.
Data Security
The hard drive nobody remembers.
A multifunction device is a computer with a paper tray. It has storage, and on that storage sit images of everything copied, scanned and printed through it — payroll runs, contracts, patient letters, board packs, passports held on the glass. When an old fleet goes back to the lease company or off to a recycler, that storage usually goes with it, and nobody can say what was on it.
This is the part we were built for. Removing printers is a deployment job; what happens to them afterwards is an ITAD job, and we do both.
Ask for the certificate, not the reassurance
Every device we remove is tracked by serial number from your floor into our facility, and the erasure or destruction record is issued against that serial — so the audit answer exists before anyone asks the question.
